Senior Instructional Designer

As a Senior Intructional Designer, I am responsible for working closely with clients and stakeholders to help conceptualize, design, and develop highly engaging and interactive training solutions to support the greater learning and development strategy of my company. Though the delivery methods change to adapt to new technology and user trends, my goals remain the same: target learning objectives, accelerate speed-to-competence, and improve performance. I have created a great deal of content – ranging from employee skills development, use of systems, business process protocol, and new hire immersion – all with the end goal of improving quality, efficiency and consistency for the business.
